Can I order without a PNR?
You can see menus by train number or station. To place the order we need your PNR, so the food reaches the right coach and seat.
How early can I order?
Ordering opens 24 hours before your train reaches the station and closes 40 minutes before arrival.
How do I pay?
Pay online with UPI, a card or netbanking (secured by Razorpay), or choose cash on delivery and pay at your seat.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until 40 minutes before your train's scheduled arrival at the delivery station. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method.
Is all the food vegetarian?
Yes. TrainRestro serves only pure veg food, and Jain dishes are labelled on the menu.
