Delete your TrainRestro account

You can delete your account at any time, from this page or from Account → Delete account in the TrainRestro app.

What gets deleted

Your name, mobile number, email (if given), login sessions and saved journey details.

What we keep

Order and invoice records, for as long as tax and accounting laws require. They are not used for anything else.

Can't log in?

Email trainrestroapp@gmail.com from any address with your registered mobile number, and we will delete the account within 7 working days.
